Base Commanding Officer
Base Executive Officer
Our Commanding Officer and Executive Officer are similar in role to a club chapter’s president and vice-president. Their primary duties are to oversee the operations of our local unit, coordinate events, and help the base’s members as necessary.
Base COs also serve on the Rebel Command Council, a governing body made up of all the Base COs and five Legion Administrative Council members. The Legion Administrative Council is comprised of Rebel Legion members nominated and elected to office. The Base CO acts as a representative of their respective bases to make policy decisions and voice concerns.
Base Membership Officer
Our Base Membership Officer helps potential members find and use costume standards and resources to build Legion-approvable costumes. BMOs may also assist with communications as a liaison between costume judges and potential members.
Regional Captains work with event hosts to handle requests, track signups, verify event details, and follow up after events to capture donation totals and photo galleries. RCs are the backbone of our group and help handle hundreds of event requests each year for KB.
